“SEGMENTS” is currently in the construction phase as part of a larger community project named “Ways of Life Campus at Lake Edersee” in the German countryside. Together with the initiator Christoph Hesse and co-curator Neeraj Bhatia, an international group of architects develops concepts to rethink dwelling and working in remote areas. The aim is to embed a vital and ecological neighborhood into the existing village of Scheid, consisting of public spaces for experimentation and exhibitions, seminar buildings, and houses for living and working. SEGMENTS is an experimental retreat with seminar spaces for the immersion of life and work in nature.
