East Side Cubes is a new working environment with highly flexible office spaces in MediaSpree Berlin. International companies in retail, culture and digital industries network within this new mixed-use urban quarter. The building activates the pedestrian street that leeds towards the Mercedes Benz Arena, and encloses a large, landscaped minipark. Indoor-outdoor relationships create a stimulating atmosphere for dialogue and retreat. Lushly landscaped outdoor and rooftop terraces extend the workplace into the fresh-air zones of the sky. East Side Cubes is a resilience and sustainability certified project which meets the highest standards of a futured proof lifetime cycle building.
