Exhibition venue:
Städtische Galerie Ostfildern
The exhibition J.MAYER.H Maßstäbe includes collages, drawings, photos, videos and an expansive sculpture that all interconnect in J.MAYER.H’s visual and architectural language.
Once a solitary building in the new development Scharnhauser Park, Stadthaus today is a central public location with pioneering architecture. It is an impressive, striking building that provides a lively space for encounters and exchange among local residents. The interior is made intriguing by walls thatare placed at a five-degree incline that are executed in exposed concrete and staged visual references. Städtische Galerie is the cornerstone of the building. In this building, various art installations—Pitter.Patterns, Wind.Lights, and Data Protection Pattern—referred to J.MAYER.H’s interdisciplinary work, highlighting it for visitors to experience.
